The Reservation System ensures that you have your place reserved and guaranteed for the desired activities once you have made the payment or corresponding deposit of the section and the spaces will no longer be sold to anyone else, for this reason please understand that they can be penalties for cancellations applied.
PRICES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP.
- Cancellations received 72 hours or more before the departure of the reserved activity will not have any cancellation penalty.
- Cancellations received between 48 and 72 hours or more prior to the departure of the reserved activity will have a cancellation penalty of 50% of the cost of the activity.
- Cancellations received 24 hours or more in advance of the departure of the reserved activity will have a cancellation penalty of 75% of the cost of the activity.
- Cancellations received the same day when the reserved activity leaves, and / or they do not show up, that is, they do a no show, will have a cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the activity and there will be no rescheduling of the package and / or activity reserved.
It is requested that the meeting time be respected, it will have 15 minutes of window and after these 15 minutes it will be counted as a NO SHOW.
If it is necessary to postpone the activity, it must be postponed at least 6 hours before and it will be subject to the availability of Highlife México and the guides, the client loses the right to choose the time and day on which the activity will take place.
Otherwise, you will lose the right to your package and / or reserved activity and refund.
Anyone who arrives intoxicated with any substance that affects their ability to follow instructions or carry out the activity, will be denied their reservation without the right to receive any refund.

If the return of the amount paid implies a surcharge or commission, the total amount returned will be the amount paid less said commission or surcharge.
Returns are processed through the email email@example.com and must comply with the cancellation policy.
Note: Reservations that must be canceled due to bad weather – that does not allow us to carry out the planned activity – will not apply any penalty and it will be possible to reschedule it, or if this is not possible, a 100% refund will be made. (except special and private tours).
