International Volunteer Program

We are looking for someone calm, responsible, friendly, punctual and proactive between 20 and 35 years old, who likes to do physical activities, loves nature and enjoys to provide international customer service, part of your responsibilities would be just general help (carrying, moving, cleaning, painting, driving, biking, billing, social media, admin jobs, etc.), but your main activity will be to become a kayaking tour guide in the lagoon; also, we often participate in social projects, beach cleanings and social events.

Speaking Spanish and English is required, since we receive international tourism and lots of locals as well. The job requires a short training period before starting, so we are only looking for someone for a medium / long term availability, ideally, at least 2 months.

We offer a comfortable private room in the center of the city with a private bathroom, air conditioner, wifi, full kitchen and shared areas, including a pool area that you will enjoy a lot in your free time. In addition to that, you can freely use the equipment (SUPs, kayaks, surfboards, snorkel and special prices on other activities), just make sure you let us know beforehand!
